The palate reveals a high flavor intensity of roasted almonds, cinnamon, wine, coffee, liquorice and overripe fruit. The aftertaste is long-lasting and dry with playful tannins. Flavors of shortbread, raisins and sbrinz complete the taste experience as the smoke reappears.
